History:
There are many versions related with Bhai Duj.The most important story is, after killing Narakasur,lord Krishna went to his sister Subhadra,who welcome him with lamps,flowers and sweats and putting a thilak on his forehead.Thus, on this day sisters perform pooja for their brothers health and well being.
Customs:
On this day girls wearing traditional colourful dress,perform Arathi for their brothers,and pray for their health. Then,sisters puts thilak on brother’s forehead and brothers giving precious gifts to their sisters.
Bhai Duj pooja items:
The most important items used for Bhai Duj is lamp,roli,rice,coconut,fruits,sweats,seven paans.

Eid ul-Fitr is a three day celebration and is sometimes also known as the "Smaller Eid".Eid-ul-Fitr or Eid, popularly known as the "Festival of the Breaking of the Fast". It is celebrated starting on the first day of the Islamic month of Shawwal. Special foods and delicacies are prepared for the day and are distributed to neighbours and friends. This festival celebrates the end of Ramzan, the Muslim month of fasting. The faithful gather in the mosques to pray, friends and relatives meet and exchange greetings. Prayers, family get-togethers and feasts are the major highlights of the festival.

Idgah

Idgah, and, being led by the Imam, recite prayer. The Idgah is a large place especially set aside for the large congregations who will attend the special Eid prayer early in the morning and can be an open field or flat piece of ground. It is only used as such on festival days for congregational prayers, the proper place always being the mosque on other occasions.

Legends

During the holy month of Ramadan was when Allah gave Prophet Muhammad the Holy Qur'an. One day, Muhammad had a vision in which the angel Jibril told him how Allah wanted people to live. The Allah's words were revealed to Muhammad through the angel over a period of 23 years, and the words were written down to form the Qur'an. Ramadan is celebrated to remember this very special month.

Celebrations

Islam follows a unique approach in celebrating Eid. After the namaz, peoplegreeting one another at home and in the neighbourhood. People visit each other's homes and partake of festive meals with special dishes, beverages and desserts. Children receive gifts and sweets on this special occasion.
